A: No, an adult does not need to be present in the bus at all times. Our dedicated game coach will be on hand to supervise and ensure the kids are having a great time.

A: We offer a wide range of games suitable for all ages, including popular titles like Mario, Fortnite, and many others. If you have specific game requests, please let us know in advance.
 

Q: Can we request no M-rated games and only E-rated games?
A: Yes, you can request to have only E-rated games available on the bus. Just let us know your preferences when you book.
 

Q: Can we decorate the party space?
A: Yes, you are welcome to decorate the party space! You can add additional decorations, including table centerpieces. Please avoid anything that requires puncturing the walls or using tape that may damage the paint.
 

Q: How many people can fit in the party space?
A: The party space can accommodate between 30-40 people comfortably, making it perfect for larger gatherings and celebrations.
 

Q: How many kids can fit on the bus?
A: The Epic Video Game Bus can accommodate up to 15 kids.
 

Q: Is there a dedicated host for the event?
A: Yes, you will have a dedicated party host to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a fantastic time.
 

Q: How long can we book the party space and bus for?
A: Our standard booking period is typically for a few hours, but we can customize the duration based on your needs. Please contact us for specific details.
 

Q: What refreshments are available?
A: CoLab Public House offers a variety of refreshments including options from several breweries, a winery, a distillery, and delicious food from Baby's Badass Burgers. You are also welcome to bring your own refreshments.
 

Q: How do we book and what is the payment process?
A: To book your event, please visit our website and complete the booking form. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your time and date. The remaining balance is due before the event.
